Failure to provide proof of existance or distribution of advertising material

Solicited for advertising and refuses to provide proof of specific distribution locations for verification, yet wants to collect $200.00 for services not rendered. High pressure sales tactics and claims that maps and relocation guides are being created and distributed on behalf of my company, yet no evidence has been offered that such service has been provided as has been repeatedly requested. I own a struggling small business and have fallen victim to many advertising scams in the past. I have continuously requested verification of distribution of the advertising which is claimed to have been created and distributed by Skyline Publishing and hereby decline to make any payment thereof until evidence is made available of its "existance"!
