Purchased a spa on line, paid in advance, promised delivery in 6 weeks, now it has been one year, customer service makes up a new excuse whenever I reach them. Not sure they ever deliver a spa. Avoid this company. Would love to get a class action suit going. Worked with local TV station, they were no help. District attorney not interested. Small claims court???
