Grand Lakes development ripoff

On September 18th I made a contract with shoma homes grand lakes development this is a new home to purchase a home I gave them a deposit in the amount of seven teen thousand dollars I was to fill out a mortgage contract with in seven days with Continental trust Mortgage their lender five days later I tried to cancel the contract due to the fact that my husband had lost his job but this was not the case my check had been cashed and we had not even been approved for the loan our sales person rosita cabrera was not as nice as she was at the beginning I was told that the only way to get the money back was to go to Continental Mortgage and do the paperwork will would not be approved for the loan and we will get our money back we were approved for a loan of $300,000 they have done everything they could to keep the 17,000 I cannot even get a 10,000 home equity loan which I have tried to do and was not approved I was ripped off and scam by shoma homes
