Defective work No responsibility from the company

Complete roof replacement over a year ago, tiles loose and lost soon after. Several requests (Telephone calls, personal visits, E-Mails, Certified mail, ignored by the company). They are paid full price for a very poor defective job. Then they do not honor a warranty. As far as I am concerned this company is a ripoff.
