J&P Trust Rip off, stopped work, never called back

I paid this company to do my bathroom. He started and never finished. I paid him up front, BAD idea. I won't ever use him and if you do don't give him any money until the in done. He won't return any phone calls. I tried to sue him but no one could find him. I think I'm going to have to right this off and finish the job myself.
