These guys are very unprofessional and sloppy. First, Andrew was 3 hours late for the measurement. The price he gave me on the phone was $1900 but when I went to write the check, it jumped to $2700. He said my kitchen is very unusual. Unusual? It is your basic 10x10 with a simple rectangular island. Nothing fancy, just 3 small rectangles. Still he wanted me to pay for a second slab so it would be easier to cut.

Next they missed the install date because they didn't want to under mount the sink. I insisted that was in the quote and I wasn't going to accept it as a drop in. Now I had to take another day off work.

The next day, I waited 3 hours passed the appointment before I called. Andrew said they were on the way and it would be 30 minutes. They showed up an hour later.

They cut the granite in the kitchen. They asked to borrow my carpenters square and vacuum cleaner. I even gave them a bag to put the garbage in but they still left my place a mess. There was dust and gravel everywhere in the cabinets and a pile of chips by the garage. They left tape, boxes and the granite leftovers in the yard.

They punched a hole on the drywall, the cabinet under the cooktop was savaged with a sawzall, there was a chunk missing in the countertop by the seam, the silicone was sloppy and the kitchen was coated in dust. I wondered if they had ever done this before.

The worst part was that they damaged a $900 cooktop and refused to admit it. I know they did it because opened the brand new box in front of them to take out the instructions. It was pristine and not speck on it. I watched as they took it out of the box and set it on the counter to take measurements. When they tried to pound it into the hole, the flexed the metal top enough to crack the porcelain enamel and now it looks terrible. All they needed to do was cut the hole.

At this point, they refuse to pay for the cooktop because they say they are not responsible. They already have my money and it will be another week before Andrew will even come out to look at the chipped seam.

How can they not be responsible for damage to my home? What if they busted a window or run over my dog? Stay away from these guys. They are cheap because they do a hack job.
