Install damage granite

They install some granite in my kitchen, two days later I notice a hole in two areas they came out to fill the hole, they sand my granite top, it look good when they were there, the next day when I was cleaning my top it turn white, it is a dark top, I call them and no one came I sent them a certified letter, no one came I call the office for the fourth time, someone came out told me he would send someone out to take the tops back, that's been over 30 days.
