Poor quality - all products

I ordered a King Size bed and mattresses set from Sears. The bed came in damaged so they ordered a second bed. The second bed was also damaged, both were bent and scratched up. The mattresses were a week late being delivered, no one from Sears called. We had to call them to find out. When the mattresses did get delivered, they were stained. I will never purchase anything from Sears again. I will never shop at Sears again
