Bad leads mislead breach of contract bad service avoidance

This is clearly a ripoff operation. Al stephenson called me everyday for months before i committed. The contract was re-written at least 10 times so that it was clear on the demographics of the leads that i was purchasing. I was told that all leads would be within my contracted guidelines.

It has been two weeks and i have recieved 8 of 35 leads guaranteed within 30 days and 7 are unworkable and 1 is within the contract guidelines but unreachable. I have called al stephenson many times, his boss robert lee many times, and neither have had the decency to return my phone calls. They even went as far as to have fake phone numbers and fax numbers on their letterhead. I am over it! This was $35 per lead and i have been ripped off. Please let me know if i have any recourse that anyone can think of. Poor loan officer
