Service - Sears Air conditione

Called on 8/2/10 about an air conditioner that did not work in 90 degree weather. Shocked that I had to wait until 8/16/10 for a repair appointment. 3 small children in the condo. On 8/11/10 I received a call that they could not come until 8/23/10. After I complained, they rescheduled for 8/16/10. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Sears is not the company I once knew. I will never buy anything from Sears again. Highly disappointed. Your company and service department is poorly run.
