Failed repair and unauthorized work

Took our riding lawn mower in to reconnect the steering wheel. Told us to call in two weeks but when we did, they said they had lost the paperwork so didn't fix it. Said call them back in one week and they said it was done. Got it home and not even half way around the yard the steering wheel came completely loose, shaft and all, wasn't connected to anything. The hood was not connected back to the frame either. Brakes were clanky, hitting something after they supposedly adjusted them. Took it back and told them to fix it right. Went to pick it up and they wanted to charge another $230 for replacing belts and pulleys we did not authorize, we had replaced belts ourselves only months before. I will never use them again and will tell eveyrone to avoid them. Talk about a rip off!
