Repairs - lawn tractor not cutting

Conns has a page on their website to put in service orders. I put in a service order about a week ago and no body had called. Called Conns and they said they did not have a ticket open and they stated that you have to call in for service. Told her what is the purpose of them having that on their website and she was not able to tell me anything. She was able to tell me however that servicing on tractors will be set for next month. I'm not happy with their service and will not buy anything from them or refer anyone to them either.
