Causalhome.com total rip off, sent wrong chairs, blamed me, my cost to ship wrong order to me. And to ship back! No responsibilty taken internet

I ordered 2 30 inch high directors chairs, I recieved 24 inch directors chairs. I called, they said it was my fault, I ordered wrong chairs. I went back on web site to see if there was any way I could have done that. NO way. The only window that comes up when I look for high directors chairs is the option of the 30 inch chairs, I definately "clicked" on the right ones. My invoice was a code number times 2. The price was correct, I didnt question it. Recieved the wrong chairs, company stated my mistake, then not answering emails. Rip off the little guy. I hate this company. What happened to customer service, I grew up in the era, the customer is always right, no longer true. RIP OFFS! Dont buy from these guys, out to make a buck, only!!!
