Refund - repair for rv

I've called every month since dec 09 to speak with someone to find out when i will recieve a refund check. They just keep telling me they processed the paperwork on dec 16 09. And they are waiting to have the check written. I can't believe it takes this long for a check. I've heard from a rv repair place that did the work for us that they do not like to send in claims cause it takes so long to get paid. This is the worst company that i have ever dealt with. Hopefully in the year 2010 i will rec my refund.
