It's a scam

Don't you believe a THING they say! This is a big time scam. Bait and switch is an apt description of what they do. You are lured in by a "deal", but as soon as they show up they make a show of looking at the carpets, then inform you they have to do pre-treatments and use special chemicals in order to get them clean. They went so far as to call their boss and have him inform me of this. I did not go with any of it and informed them that if they couldn't do the carpets for the price I was quoted, they didn't need to stay.

My mistake was in even allowing them to do the carpets. They were NO CLEANER after they left... Only wet! And watch out... If you have any steps it will cost you $2.00 a step and they don't get cleaned either.

They also want cash or run your credit card before they do the job! Watch out for these people. I'm surprised that the Review Journal hasn't pulled the ads for this company.

As we are all struggling to make it in this economy, it is people like these who feed off hard working people. Bottom dwellers are too good a term for them.
