Mcarthur Park Apartments lazy liars

Macarthur Park Apartments is where I have lived for the last two years. About 3 weeks ago my refrigrator broke down. It thaws all of the food and the ice in it then after an hour or so refreezes it. Maintence first came out and did not do anything but dump the block of ice out of the icemaker and they left their pass key in my door knob when they left. I called it in 3 more times when they did not come out at all. Then they came out (after I told them I was going to call corprate and did not fix it) I called corprate. They did not even return my call. When I go up to the office to report the problem they smile in my face and say they will send maintence right over. Maintence dosn't even show up most of the time.
