Purchased Mattress and Furniture, No delivery, No refund, Out 1000"s

I purchased a tempurpedic mattress, tempurpedic box spring, and bedroom furniture for almost $4000 on March 7th. The delivery date was set to March 12th.

On March 12th the delivery truck came after the scheduled time (9-3PM) and without the reaquired proof of insurance my condo requires. After working with my condo association, i was able to accept the delivery. When the men asked me to sign the delivery form, i told the delivery men that the furniture was missing and thye had me call the owner (who sold me the bed and furniture.) The owner told me the furniture was on back order. I was annoyed bc they didnt call to tell me and its difficult to get elevator time. He promised two tempurpedic pillows as an apology (in addition to the 2 i got when purchasing the mattress) and ask me to come in that week bc he had another furniture set i might like.
I went the next day and he showed me the other furniture whcih i didnt like so i asked when my furniture was scheduled to arrice and he said in the next few weeks so i agreed to wait. I alos informed them that they delivered me a cheap boxsrping and not the $500 Tempurpedic (they said it was on purpose until the furniture arrive but I am confident it was a scam bc why would they waist a new box spring set.) But they promised to deliver the box spring with the furniture.
I recieved no contact and went back to the store on April 16th, for which i was told they would call corporate on Monday to check the status. At this point it had been 6 weeks and i asked for my money back. At first they said no~and i said i would call the police so they agreed but said i had to wait 30 days to recieve a check from the corporat office. I didnt want to wait but i had to. I also told them i want my money back for the boxspring. They said they would give me the money back once they recieved the ones they left at my house back and they also would no longer give me the free pillows i got with the purchase or the free pillows they promised for the incoviences. I was so desperate i agreed.
The next weekend i scheduled the elevators and they were given from 9-3 to pick up the boxsprings. They never showed and at 3 called and stated they werent going to waist there money picking it up and i would recieve the $500 check for the tempurpedic box spring i originally purchased.
On May 28th i was shopping near the store and realized i never recieved the check for the furnitur and it had now been 90 days and 45 since they promised the check. I stopped by the store and chaos occured. The worst servce agent ever refused to talk with me, called me a b*tch, and threatened to call the cops. I asked him to just write a note that i had showed up and note that i asked for the refund promised when i purchased the tempurpedic which promised 90 day return policy. He refused and called the cops (who BTW Officer Williams and the Aventura Police dept. Were amazingly nice and he was equally rude to them.) I wrote the PO Box and I still havent recieved and money back. I am out 1000's and no furniture. Its crazy to imagine i store can just take your money and not deliver and I feel helpless: (Unfortunately i paid with a check so i cant even call the CC company~definately a lesson learned.
