Over charging and not properly informing customer of amount of extra costs involved

Contracted for carpet cleaning after seeing their advertisement in Sun Sentinel on June 9. He indicated that he would be de-odorizing and sanitizing as part of the nature cleaning service. As he finished he off handedly asked if we wanted scotch guard applied. I said that would cost more and he proceeded with the application without showing us how much that would cost. Before we realized it he was finished and presented a bill that was twice the original amount. We refused to pay him, so he took off the extra sanitizing charge and said if we pay cash we do not have to pay the tax. We hate that and thought we were more aware of these things, but apparently not. We would like you to give us the address of the business so that we may complain to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you
