Mower Parts World.com Stole my money

I ordered a carburetor BS390323 on 02/06/10 the Order ID: 6DE8BE2 from mowerpartsworld.com for $124.22. I still
have not received the carburetor as of today 06/09, my credit/Debit card shows that Truesdale Lawn & Garden withdrew the money on 02/16 I think that four months after ordering the
merchandise is plenty long enough to either deliver the merchandise or refund the money. I have made several contacts with the company both by email and phone calls and always get some excuse as to why I have not recieved the merchandise i.E. Back order and sick with the flu. I finally got tired of all the excuses and and ordered the merchandise from another place on 03/25 and received it on 04/02 that is only 5 days. I asked Mr. Truesdale to refund my money and he said he would that was on 05/25 and I have not yet seen on penny of my $124.22 refunded back to me. It is plain that Truesdale's lawn & Garden or mowerpartsworld.com stole my money and has no intention of refunding my money.
