Easy crown moulding complete ripoff... Never returns calls

The merchandise arrived and my husband and I tried to install it... When we came to connecting one piece of moulding to the other... The seam was so obvious; we were unable to smooth the seam over to make the moulding look like one complete piece without any seams. That's when I decided to return it... Got the address and telephone number off of the internet and proceeded to return the merchandise via UPS - the exact same way it was received - without a signature required. I packed the product in my own packaging and I must say EZAPEEL received the merchandise with absolutely no damages because the packaging was very secure. The package was dropped off the same as when I received it without a signature - I presume that they have a relationship with UPS whereby UPS leaves packages without requiring a signature. The package was dropped off by UPS on May 21. I have called numerous times after the package was dropped off - all different times of day even as late as 11:30pm - still got the message machine and never received a return call.By the way, their message is obnoxious and very unprofessional for a business that has been in existence since 2002 - second generation business according to their website. It is now June 7 and I still have not received a return call from them and NEVER received a credit to my charge card.
Since the above is the case, I would NEVER recommend this company.
