Abusive deposit and worst customer service

I have got SCAMMED $540 for deposit within the new location I hired and also the customer support guaranteed to begin the support nowadays (Saturday). Therefore, today I named FPL plus they stated there is a wait about the support for Mon and till there we shall don't have any energy. Therefore, there is nothing I will do but remain two times in a resort due to theirs problem! FPL Hurts!
