Michael Rasch, Owner Shoddy & Neglectful Work, Ignored Customer & A LIAR!

In April we entered into a contract with Michael Rasch & Total Lawn Service to have our lawn cut, trimmed & driveway, sidewalks & flowerbeds blown every two weeks and edging of driveway & sidewalks monthly and to have our sprinkler system started up for the season.
After the first cutting, we were dissapointed because it was uneven and very little, if any, trimming had been done. It was the same with the second cut and it was supposed to have been edged but it was not. Also, several attempts were made to schedule the sprinkler start up but their was no response to the numerous messages that were left on their voicemail. However, when we the bill arrived we promptly paid it.
After well past the time of the next cutting (our lawn started to look like a wheat field) we called to find out when the lawn would be mowed. Three days later Mr. Rasch called and informed us that cutting our lawn was breaking his mowers and he was no longer going to fulfill the contract. He claims he left us "a note" on our front door, but there was never a note.in other words he left us high and dry. (Our lawn was breaking his mowers? What a LIE! Are his mowers made by Fisher Price?) If we were the only account he had in our area then we could understand it not being worth his time and effort to come here and he should have had the professional courtesy to say so. DO NOT employ Total Lawn Service they do not fulfill their obligations.
