Ineffective Lawn Treatment

In the 6 years I have lived in my house, I have tried several Lawn Treatment companies. The current one I have been using for over a year is Spring-Green. My lawn looks the worst it has ever looked in those 6 years - it is covered with weeds, looks bare in many spots and does not live up to the promises they made when I "hired" them. None of my neighbors have lawn treatments, nor do they treat their lawn themselves yet for an investment of over $300 annually my lawn doesn't look any better than theirs. Forget "professional" lawn treatment companies - I'm sure I can do better myself!
