Sunsetter contractor, lol took 50% deposit of 1377.00 and never started the job or return our phone calls and refuse to reinburse my deposit

Hired donald franks to install sunsetter awning. The awning cost of $2700.00 installed.

Gave a deposit of $1377.00. I called him several times he said it was ordered. 3 weeks later i called him several times and wrote him letter and so did my wife he never answered the calls. I went to his place of bussniess and it was an apartment complex. I rang the door bell and there was no answer. I left a note on the door to contact me about a refund. He called me and threatend me about me leaving a note and ringing the bell of his apartment. Said to me he would send the refund and i have not yet recieved my refund. This was started april 4 and as of this report may 30
