Ripoff, dishonest, irresponsable, bad manners

I order an awning from this company in August 4. They came did the measuring and determine where the awning will be installed.

When they came and installed the awning, the installes notice that the measurments taken were not correcly and the awning will not fit.

I asked the to take it and they said that they could not take it because they were going to give me more options. It is november 14, I have contact them evry week since August30, and no one has come to fix, installed or take the awning.

The awning still in there barely hook to the wall. They have taken all the money from my bank account and the work has never been done
