Eric Paquin Very unprofessional and stole one of my tools

My landlord agreed to have painted a room which we are turning into a nursery. She would let me pick a non-neutral color if I would pay for it, and she would pay to have it painted in a neutral color when I left. She had Mr. Paquin call me, and I asked him for a price on painting the room the color I wanted. First, he said he'd paint it for $350. When I said that was too much, he immediately lowered his price to $300. When I said no again, he then lowered his price to $250. That is unprofessional, to say the least.

He ended up coming to paint the room the same color it was, at the expense of the landlord. He came unprepared, as he did not have a way to open his paint can. I lent him a screwdriver. As he left, he asked me if I could use my phone, telling me he didn't own a cel phone. Again, unprofessional. He eventually left, and I noticed he took the screwdriver I lent him. I immediately called his home number and left a message. He did not call me back that evening to acknowledge he had taken the screwdriver and would return it. I called him the next day and left a message, with no call back. I then informed my landlord that he had taken my screwdriver, and that he was not returning my phone calls. 30 hours after I left my first message, he finally calls and starts screaming at me like a lunatic for asking my landlord for her help in getting my screwdriver back. I hung up the phone on him, and to this date have still not gotten my screwdriver back.
