I bought a bed some time ago and noticed that one side was sticking way out. It looks like the outer casing had split. Called in for the warrenty and they sent a third party tec to take a look and inspect. He told me that sit and sleep would contact me. I waited about 2 weeks and no phone call so I called them and was informed that the mattress was defected and I have a credit to go and purchase a new one. I went to the Santa Ana store and spoke with Norma who was great no complaints with her, she treated me very good. I picked out my new bed and was told delivery people will call and set up a day and time. Got the call for the 22nd of Dec. Between 4 and 8. I waited around till I got a message saying my goods were on 2 trucks one to my home and the other to L.A. Where I lived 8 years ago. After telling Sit and Sleep customer service and the store they still sent my stuff to two places. They delivered the next day and the driver found a very very light stain at the head of the bed (the warrenty guy did not see) no where near the defect. They would not leave my new bed. I had a mattress cover with warrenty so I had them come out to clean the stain and it was so light the guy laughed. Called customer service said it will be delivered on sunday the 3rd of Jan. And the delivery department would call on Saterday the 2nd sometime in the evening. No call so I called Sunday morning and was told between 10am and 2pm. I said great and it is coming to my home in Tustin Ca. There was a pause and the girl said it is going to L.A. They had my stuff on 2 trucks again going to the same place as the mess up last time. I am sick and tired of dealing with people that are so incompetent. Let see if they get it right on the 5th.
