Order items online, did not receive them, company has not replied to inquiries

Haband.com - yes the prices are good, but I would not shop there. Twice I had a problem receiving items I order. Once I did not receive them and the other time they replaced it with something I didnt order. Then charged my credit card for a higher dollar amount then was authorized. Buyers beware, they will not respond to your email inquiry, when you call which you can get their phone number off your credit card bill they will tell you they are re-sending the items and guess what, they dont come in. It up to us to put them out of business.
