Second request to discontinue $14.95 debit from my credit card

I called last month to CS at Haband and requested that they discontinue debiting my credit card for "Haband Perks" @ $14.95 monthly. The charge appears again on this month's bank statement. I have written an email to them on this date, asking again that they discontinue this withdrawal from my account. I am also contacting my bank on tomorrow to have them to stop payment of withdrawals of these funds. Previously I only placed an order to these people, which the order was completely NOT FILLED correctly. I never authorized them to deduct my bank account for any charge, other than that to make payment for items I had purchased.
