Half the order was doa when received & customer service sucks!

I placed my order via Snail Mail and knew that it would take longer than usual for it to be processed. I waited what I thought was an appropriate amount of time and then TRIED to check online if my order was received and the I TRIED to call customer service just to make sure they recieved my order, I was greeted by a person who should NEVER answer the phone. I can understand being unhappy at your job, but if your customer is giving you the benifit of the doubt and thinks that your just having a bad day, be alittle nicer! As of that call, according to the woman I spoke with they had not received my order, so I waited another week and a half and then TRIED to call again, after about the 5th time trying to get thru I got another Rep (who was much nicer btw) Who told me that yes they recived my order and it should arrive around the first week of May which is the correct time for it to ship (I know this because I know what zone I live in, all I was doing was checking on the order). The Plants arrived on April 29th. Very excited I opened the box.

I had ordered:

4 Moonflower vine
3 Little Giant Blueberry
3 Lavender
2 Lemon Grass
4 Hummingbird Vine (Trumpet vine)
3 Climbing Spinach

I got:

4 Moonflower vine 1 DEAD
3 little giant blueberry 2 DEAD
3 Lavender 3 DEAD
2 Lemon Grass 2 DEAD
2 Hummingbird Vine OMG THEY WERE ALIVE... I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 4
3 Climbing Spinach THESE WERE ALSO ALIVE, MY FINGERS ARE CROSSED!

I have tried multiple times to reach them over the phone as well as via the internet (which is why I placed my order via snail mail in the first place because I couldn't connect to CS via the internet.) I now am going to write them a letter include a copy of the original packing slip and send it certified mail... Either I want LIVE plants or my money back! Wish me luck!
