Rude, non caring and non compassionate

Hi. I'm from carthage, ms. Oakwood has also sold me and my mom a junk box. We purchased the home in march of 1997. We didn't receive the home until may of 1997. Two days before I made my first payment.

They did not do my water nor my sewer set up. Each time I called to ask why they would not come, the salesman told me that the repairman stated that I was not home.

It is now and they are now trying to sue ME for payments after my mom filed bankruptcy and dropped the case because she lost her job. I'd been making payments, but here recently for about a year, they've been sending my payments back and forcing me out of my home, that I ought to be trying to give them back.

I read somewhere in other reports about the mildew on the walls, and it causing asthma like symptoms in children. My 11 year old son has been suffering with severe bronchitis within the first sight of a change in the wind. After reading the report, I checked my walls and also discovered mildew.

My bathroom floor, toilet, and sewer pipes leading from them have not been fixed by Oakwood.
