Construction & Repair

Mark solicited my company for up front advertising fees for his real estate auction company. He told us stories of how successful his company had been at selling properties through his auctions. After giving him our money, the company changed the location of the auction to a different county, miles from where our properties were located. We didn't receive one bid on the properties. Mark and his company have refused to reimburse us for the upfront fees we have paid them.
