Mark L. Nelson, working under the name of Utah Real Estate Auctions and Keven Gallagher, the registered Broker for Utah Real Estate Auctions (UtahREA.com) solicited advertising fees from our company to conduct auctions on developments in Salt Lake County, Utah.
According to a call to the offices of UtahREA.com, US Auctions & Realty has now acquired UtahREA.com and is now conducting similar business.
This auction was to be held in Salt Lake, a few minutes from one of our developments. A few days before the auction, UtahREA.com contacted our office and said that the auction site had been changed to a different location, several miles away and in a different county.
Upon finding out about this breech of the contract, we immediately ask for a refund, at that point, and for our properties to be withdrawn, since the location was not acceptable.
