Very Poor Experience

I recently had a very bad customer experince with this company and the manager (Jeff) that I spoke with was far from concerned and not willing to help. I used this company's web site to order 30 bags of mulch ($98.70) and 1 yard of bulk dirt ($21.99) a $39.00 delivery charge. I paid online by credit card and received a confirmation for the purchase. Delivery was scheduled for two days later. I called numerous times the day the products were supposed to be delivered and the agent said they delivered from dawn to dusk and it will soon arrive. The delivery never arrived. The next day, I called the store who said they did not have my order - it must be lost. They made some calls and later said they could deliver it today, but that since there were two products, there needed to be two deliveries thus 2 delivery charges. I was not too happy, but I had flower beds prepped and edged and I could not delay further. Reluctantly I agreed to the charges. When the 1st truck arrived with the dirt I was upset. The bulk quantity was small - way less than advetised and not worth $60.99. Again, I needed it so I did not send it away. Then the mulch arrived - bags were split and leaking. I asked this driver about the charges. He was floored that I was charged two delivery charges and said that last week charges were $25.00. I later called the manager Jeff hoping that he would waive a delivery charge, but there was no way. He had no remorse for the website error, the outragious delivery charges or the poor mulch bag conditions. Just the week before I orderd plant materials from Straders Nursery - they waived the deliver charge altogether and were great to deal with. Please excercise caution if you do business with Ohio Mulch. Personally, I would avaoid them altogether.
