Have a repair call going on a month on our lawnmower. Was supposed to take 7-10 days for parts. When I call to check status, always a different story: 1) did you pay for parts (I was told I didn't have to); 2) parts are taking longer than expected; 3) don't see that any parts were ordered. Lady at customer service call center was very rude and not helpful. After making it clear that I was not happy with the way this was being handled, she said she'd call the guy that initially came out to look at it and have him call me. Was told the same thing a week ago. I have still not received a call. I'm having to pay someone to cut my lawn while we have a brand new broken lawnmower sitting in the garage and making payments on.
