This business IS LOCATED in Kingston Nh We asked this co. To come and pick up are lawn mower after my belt snapped and it would nt go in forward postion, they picked it up and we spoke with the owner Dave three days later he explained there a few things the lawn mower needed i said lets concentrate on the belt and well go from there and get prices togather and i will see which way well go and requested a quote before work was performed 6 weeks later we got a call after several calls to them asking them whats going on (EXCUSES WAITING FOR PARTS TECHS ON VACATION AND THEN A CALL 6 WEEKS LATER WITH A BILL OF $751.00 ALL THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! You be the judge i asked them to drop my lawnmower back off with my old parts he said he can t do that and hung the phone up!!
