Jeremy Gunter goes around and tells people he has insurance and a business license to trim trees, he also does not pay any taxes on the money he recieves for these services. He on many occasionns has left large piles of brush in the peoples yarda, promisiing to cime back and haul it away or burn it. Most of the time he gets large advances on the jobs for differant reasons and never finishehes the job at all. I know I worked a couple of jobs with him and no for a fact he does this. He comes all the way from New Castle Indiana to the tri cities area of Tenn, to do lots of these jobs. He also brings 100 or 150 80 mg Oxycontin or roxicet pills to sale to various individuals in the tri cities area. I have already reported him on the drug sales, but somehow he always gets away with it. I have reported license plate numbers truck colors, yrand make of vehicle, and a few of the people he deals with. I think what is throwing the law enforcement off is he usually rents a truck in New Castle and drives it down here so no one knows what he is driving. If New Castle law would only check the local truck rental companies and find out what vehicle he has rented and give them the info, they could catch this guy. Jeremy has called me on two occassions and laughed, telling me he has made $6000.00 or $7000.00 on drug deals. He says the law enforcement in New Castle and the Tri Cities are a bunch of dumb (excuse this word please) son-of-a bitches and arent smart enough to catch him. He sometimes has three small children with him when he does this, age 13,8, 3 of age. These children should not be put into this danger. But it is going on. He usually heads this way around the 4th or7th of each month. He leaves New Castle driving a blue 88-89 Jeep cherokee, faded dark blue license number 571VZK. I have also reported to the New Castle police that these are bogous plates. All they have to do is pull him over for the plates and they would hit the jack pot, but for some reason it has not happened yet, and its getting close to sale time again. What is a person to do. All Ive reported is true and a simple traffic stop would prove it. Anyone with any better solutions should certainly call New Castle police dept. And tell them what it could be.
