If anyone has actually employed david zerin or his organization, the 3 titles are accurate construction providers, contractor contractors or a1 building, bear in mind.in february he was discovered gulity of fraud by the lawyer gernerals office in illinois. The judgement involved that mr. Zerin wasn't permitted to workin or in the state of illinois like a company, supervisor, project chief, nothing that handles building, plumbing, restoration, etc. Please bear in mind. If anyone has been scammed by this guy please contact me. This man must be taken off the streets. He's not really assume to be in this state. He's already broken this order in the attorney generals office. Please lets get this man from doing this to others. Thanks
