Totally ripped us off, doubled quote and no weigh verfication for extra charges

I found NAT online and did an inventory with a woman named Dayna. The price quoted was simlilar to others and I left a deposit with her. I then recieved a scanned form to sign for the deposit to come from my credit card and looked over her inventory. Items were left out so I had her redo the inventory. The quoted price for a one bedroom apt was 1500 something. Balance was over 1200. They finally showed a day late to load my cargo AND NEVER CALLED FOR THE 50% DUE AT LOADING. Now I know why. I am already relocated and at work in another state which they knew and had my neighbor waste two days waiting on their arrival. She signed papers with all my cargo still outside and not in the truck. No call to me from them because they knew i would in no way agreed to pay 50% of a more then double quote. They priced 1200 more pounds and had my neighbor sign papers BEFORE they scaled the truck which had other cargo on it already. After numerous unanswered calls, a woman named Nili agreed to a 300.00 discount which is a joke. Total of 2970.00 from oweing them 1200.00??? Still no plausible answer to why I wasn't contacted upon recieving my cargo. We all know why. I did not read the reports on this company until after I gave them the deposit. When I did read them, I called Dayna and she reassurred me that none of what I read would happen. And naturally it has all come to pass. Anyone with a class action lawsuit against these thieves, please contact me.
