DAYTON – Hawk Building Inc., Troy Apartments LLC, Tipp Attributes LLC and RL Hawk LLC all submitted for Section 11 safety on Friday, April 2, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

The firms, all possessed by Roger and Lisa Hawk, are centered at 1001 Laurel Tree Court in Troy.

Fifth Third Bank retains a judgment loan appreciated at $6.1 trillion against Hawk Building Inc., a loan that Hawk Building statements is contingent, unliquidated and problematic. Unity National Bank, meanwhile, retains a $5 million unsecured claim against Tipp Attributes LLC and Troy Apartments LLC, based on the bankruptcy filings.

Section 11 filings, the most typical type of bankruptcy, free a business in the risk of creditors’ lawsuits although it reorganizes its funds. Seems like he is a little too large for his britches. Perhaps less tennis, gaming boat excursions and much more function might have been a much better for that company.
