I had signed up for free credit score, which I knew would charge me monthly. However, I didn't know another company (their sister company) would also be charging me. Identity Hawk is the other company. I called and cancelled both. The gentleman from free score said I could ask for a refund from identity hawk. So I had him connect me and they acted like they couldn't. I told them I have seen their scam placed all over the Internet and I better see a refund. She told me I could only have one month refund. I said that was wrong and I should get it all. She said she would put in a request. She said it would take 5-7 business days. If I do not. Get one I will sue. A company can not charge you for a service in which you didn't agree to THIER terms.
