False advertising, unprofessional company

Having a furnace (Potterton Suprema 40L, 6 yrs old) that's declining, looked the web and called out the corporation for that fix. Their marketing promises 'Thus much as you small delayed, and we will provide you with £25!'. While currently around 30 minutes late the manufacture named to express they'd be overdue. Arrived 1-hour late, however stated that since he'd telephoned, the £25 reimbursement didn't use. Subsequently his evaluation of the furnace was the problem might be brought on by some of four elements. Because it hadn't yet failed totally, he recommended waiting till it DID crash completely before troubling them again. Billed the entire call-out for this and named the support "examination" about the bill. I ensured he added depth about the mistake I'd named them out to correct which he couldn't identify the issue. Furnace continues to be not working and that I should still have it fixed, just today I'm £81 worse. Have reported written down towards the administration twice: have obtained no reputation of my criticism.
