It has been 2 years since David Potter decided to rip me off. I gave him $1500 as a down payment for a hot tub. I recently found him in the Dallas area where he has told me that the money is on the way. This guy is a crook and a liar.
I have contacted the place where he gets his spas from (Cal Spa) hopefully they can help with finding him.
