Faithfully kept tags and receipt for aluminum oversized Eddie Bauer edition outdoor lounge chairs. Tag claims "Lifetime Warranty" with no disclaimers or fine print. Chairs have been used very occasionally since purchase in 2002."1200 denier polyester with reinforced pvc backing" is degraded under one seat, all grommets are rusted and straps have snapped. Customer service says the "Lifetime Warranty" means "Manufacturer Warranty" and that what I describe is all "normal wear" and will not replace any part of the chairs. What, then, does Lifetime Warranty legally mean?
