Anybody on this website who claims they did not have any issues with their Bowen house, consider oneself BLESSED! It was our first Bowen house, have just experienced it 13 weeks, and we're STILL awaiting the water trickle within our residence to become set! I am talking about truly, it willnot consider this extended. But actually, it was the topping around the dessert. It got them permanently simply to develop the home simply because they could not spend their subcontractors. So the outcome was the home was constructed, but built badly. Oh and did I note that about 5 weeks after we shifted in we got a loan placed on our home with a subcontractor that Bowen never compensated! And do not actually get me began on Guarantee Expert. That organization is just a laugh! We have never been thus prepared to be out-of guarantee to ensure that we may employ experts to identify and restore any issues. When you have a water trickle you'll probably have mold problems. Not based on Guarantee Expert. Despite the fact that our baseboards are aging and dark in locations based on WP there is no proof of form. It was not till my partner ripped the baseboard down and unveiled FORM about the surfaces. Actually the roofing business who arrived to check out the water trickle requested if our home have been examined there have been a lot of building mistakes! Your first residence was constructed by Centex and we'd no idea how lucky we were with that home. We didn't encounter any issues at-all together. This whole procedure is a headache. Do not purchase a bowen house!
