Complaint for Diwali Gift

I have to inform you that a Lenovo Laptop
Model No: G450-29492KQ has been purchased
from M/s Matrimangala Electronics, Station Road, Bongaigaon, Ph: 9435021226 (M) & 03664-230167 (O) vide cash Memo dated 15/10/09 for RS: 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) having knwon that a Gift of Reliance Data Card worth Rs: 4000/- would be given along with Laptop which is offered by you as a Diwali Extra Special. But after purchasing I was denied for the Gift on plea that the Gift is not covered in Assam.

Please note that I have also enquired from other dealer M/s S.D.infotech, Guwahati and the same reply was received but from your Customers Care services I am told repeatedly over telephone that the offer is also valid in Assam

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and accord necessary order so that I may not be deprived to get the Diwali Extra Special which are enjoying by the purchasers of other parts of India.

Your early aqction will highly be appreciated.
