Swat team Homeowner who is bugged by an exterminator that does nothing to get rid of bugs

Beware of "Don" the gem of an owner of what I am certain is a company run from his home, and probably a kitchen table at best. Pretends to show up routinely and never leaves call tags, when questioned as to "where have you been" he says he ran out of call tags. And swears he was to your home. Funny thing is I have an elderly member of our family living with us and has never seen the guy on the days he said he was performng the services.
Beware, he is an absolute liar. Hire a real company that has several vans, trucks etc with uniformed professionals. We did and are extremely pleased.
