Harrassing my for almost a year for a bill thats not mine!

I purchased a home almost a year ago. Soon after, I started getting bills in the mail from Team Pest USA. Apparently the previous homeowner had termite services that were never paid for. I contacted Team Pest USA and explained that the bill wasn't mine, and that I had never heard of them and never requested there services. They said sorry for the misunderstading and that my name would be removed from the bill.

BUT, its' now almost a year later I've received a total of about 40 letters and numerous collections calls to my cell phone. Everytime I explain that its not mine. This company has harrassed me to no end, and I'm not sure how to make them stop. Also, about the 3rd collections call, they actually had the nerve to ask if I would like to continue the services the previous owner had. Obviously I declined.

Anyone know how to make these people stop? I've never given them any of my info, so they can't report it to the credit companies, but the constant harrassment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The customer service department is completely worthless, and all records of them clearing my name from the account mysteriously desapear each time I get it "resolved". Don"t do business with this company. Right now, the total they are trying to bill me is almost $600!! Freaking insanity.
