She sold a fake Louis Vuitton bag and still claims it is real and it is proven that it is a fake

The Lady Ms. Shannon Figgins refuses to give me my full refund of the fake Louis Vuitton she sold on Ebay. She claims she did not know it was fake and still claims it is real when it is OBVIOUS when compared by the eluxury.com, I sent it to the two Louis Vuitton store, and she is describing a completely different bag from the real Messenger bag that Louis Vuitton sells. It is soooooo sad that Ebay allows this to happen and then makes it soooooo difficult for the buyer to get their money back. This is absolutely ridiculous.!!! Please help me in this matter with this lady and with ebay. I want to put a STOP on ebay with what they are allowing sellers to do and letting them get off easy.
