Deceiving the Consume

WARNING-BEWARE-WARNING whenever you buy the Time-Warner (TW) pack bundle, consumer beware since you aren't secured in to the preliminary decided cost for the whole 24-month time. Timewarner may fool you by not completely detailing that following the first 13-month they'll improve that cost, plus they may improve it by whatever they need. Despite you convince them that their spoken agreement didn't plainly suggest that there could be a rise, you the customer are incorrect. (Actually the TW consultant decided it had beennot obvious.) The TW Consultant informed us we were delivered a written agreement, which plainly says about the next site, there will be a cost escalation in 13 weeks. We actually didn't understand this written agreement. Whenever we requested for confirmation of delivering this written agreement, he mentioned that people must have obtained it in a TW inviting notice 30 days soon after we registered. We maintain all, yes all, the info we obtain from our power companies. You know what, it-not within the document. You notice TW does not make error, they're ideal. Additionally, BUYER BEWARE that after you request a problem or price in one of TW consultantis doesn't imply that whenever you keep in touch with the following TW Consultant it'll function as the same and sometimes even close. TW Reps will begin to state or suggest that you did not determine what you had been being informed, or they will say I actually donot understand why you had been told that. What it boils down to is you, the customeris are shady and never reliable

After I repeatedly described my issue with 6 various TW reps I had been informed that I had been being challenging to work well with, when all I needed was in order for them to recognize their 24-month pack support offered cost. Understand this, TW may let you know that the conversation might be documented, nevertheless when request the TW consultant to check on their tracks of one's prior discussion, they cannot. WHY! Additionally, BUYER BEWARE that after your preliminary 24 month agreement ends, TW may immediately restore your agreement for another 24-month.
